Recommended preparation:

• If possible, take a saltwater bath (a handful of salt in half bucket of water) prior to the session
• Please wear cotton clothes and avoid silk and leather
• Do some easy warm-up exercise before the session (5-10 mins)
• Please join at least 5 minutes before the session
